PayPal Orders

  • Any approved refund will be processed back to your PayPal account.
  • Refunds are subject to PayPal’s own processing times and terms.
  • PayPal buyer protection does not override bespoke-product exclusions once production has commenced.

Klarna Orders

  • For Klarna purchases, any approved refund will be issued directly to Klarna, who will then update your payment schedule accordingly.
  • Klarna disputes relating to “change of mind” are not accepted for bespoke products.
  • You remain responsible for Klarna payments while an issue is being reviewed.

Pay It Monthly (Finance) Orders

  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed directly with Pay It Monthly, not to the customer.
  • Your finance agreement will be adjusted or cancelled in line with Pay It Monthly’s terms.
  • Any manufacturing or administration costs already incurred may be deducted where legally permitted.
